1. Scope

These terms apply to all agreements between:
Marmor Schammas
and the client (hereinafter "Customer").

2. Services

We provide:

• Natural stone consulting and planning

• Site measurement and documentation

• Coordination of stone-related works

• Supply of natural stone materials

• Surface protection (e.g. TuffSkin)

• Coordination of specialized subcontractors

Note:
We do not carry out manual construction work ourselves.
Execution is performed by external qualified companies.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded by:

• written acceptance of an offer

• email confirmation

• or start of service execution

4. Prices and Payment Terms

• All prices are net, plus applicable VAT.

• Payments are structured as follows:

  • 30% advance payment upon order confirmation

  • 40% upon delivery of materials to the site

  • 30% after full completion of the project

• The final payment is due within 7 days without deduction.

• Delivery of materials will only take place after receipt of the advance payment.

• In case of late payment, statutory interest may be charged.

5. Client Obligations

The customer must:

• provide all required information

• ensure site access

• provide suitable working conditions

Delays caused by the client may result in additional costs.

6. Delivery and Execution

• Delivery times are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.

• Delays due to supply chain or material availability may occur.

• Natural stone is a natural product — variations in color and structure are not defects.

7. Liability

• We are liable for planning services within legal limits.

• We are not liable for work performed by subcontractors.

• Improper use or maintenance excludes liability.

8. Warranty

• Statutory warranty rights apply.

• Material-related variations are accepted.

• Manufacturer conditions apply for protection systems (e.g. TuffSkin).

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days.

The right expires if:

• the service has been fully provided

• the customer has explicitly agreed

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions

• German law applies

• Place of jurisdiction is the company location where legally permitted

• If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid
